We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on Pawvelle orders.
If a product is not right for your pet or home, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@shoppawvelle.com with your order number.
Items should be returned in their original condition unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will process the approved refund to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can help with a replacement, return, or refund.
